What does consignment cost?
The fee gets agreed in writing before we list, and it comes out of the sale money at closing. Nothing up front, ever. Call and we'll run the numbers for your unit.
Do I pay for storage?
No. It sits on our I-30 lot until it sells and that costs you nothing.
How do you price it?
Off what comparable units actually sold for around DFW and East Texas. Sold for, not listed at. Big difference. If the number you want is going to sit, we'll say so before we list it.
What do I need to bring?
The title or your lien payoff info, your ID, every key and remote, and whatever service records you kept. Clean it like you'd want to see it. Owner's manual too, if it still exists.
What if there's a loan on it?
Happens all the time. We settle the payoff with your lender at closing and the difference goes to you.
How long does it take?
A month or two when the price is right. Faster when it's aggressive. We'll tell you where your number falls before you commit to it.
Do you buy RVs outright?
Sometimes, if it's late-model and clean. Text the year, make, model and a few photos. We'll tell you straight which route puts more in your pocket.
