You already drive past us

If you commute west on I-30, you pass rows of our RVs twice a day — we’re that lot on the frontage between Caddo Mills and Greenville. Which means consigning your RV with BK barely counts as an errand. Hook up once, drop it on your way to anywhere, and hand the rest of the job to us. Compare that with meeting Facebook Marketplace strangers in your driveway for the next two months.

That's I-30 up top. If you commute it, you've driven past these rows.

New house, new rules

Half the streets in Royse City and Fate didn’t exist five years ago, and nearly every one of the new neighborhoods came with fine print: no RV parked in the driveway, no trailer beside the garage. The letters usually start polite and stop being polite. Meanwhile the garage was built for two cars and a Christmas tree, not a toy hauler.

If that’s the corner you’re in, consignment is the clean way out. The camper leaves the driveway this week, sits on our fenced lot free of charge, and comes back to you as a check instead of a violation notice.

The trailer you bought in 2021

A lot of folks out here bought their first travel trailer during the camping boom, used it hard for two summers, and now it moves twice a year. No shame in that — but a trailer parked outside in Texas sun is losing value every summer it sits. They sell best while they still show well. If yours is at the “expensive shed” stage, it’s worth a ten-minute call to hear what it would bring. The number might surprise you in the right direction.

What it costs you: nothing until it sells

The consignment fee is agreed in writing before anything gets listed, and it comes out of the sale money at closing. No upfront charge, no monthly storage while it waits. Our consignment page walks through the whole process — pricing, photos, showings, title work, all of it handled here.

Questions we get from Royse City and Fate

What’s my travel trailer actually worth right now?

Call with the year, make and model and Bobby will tell you on the phone — based on what comparable units have actually sold for, not what other people are asking. If the news is bad, you’ll get it straight. Better than finding out three months into a listing.

I still owe on it. Can you sell it anyway?

Yes, happens all the time. We settle the payoff with your lender at closing and whatever is left over comes to you.

How long will it take to sell?

Priced right, usually a month or two. Priced aggressive, faster. Bobby will tell you before you commit where your number falls on that scale — and it costs you nothing while it waits, so there’s no storage-bill clock pressuring you into a bad price.

Do you only take big rigs?

No. Travel trailers of every size, fifth wheels, toy haulers, motorhomes, truck campers. If people camp in it, we sell it.

What's on the lot right now

Fifteen minutes east. Every unit consigned from an owner, inspected before it goes home.
