RV consignment for Rockwall RV owners

BK Consignments is an RV consignment lot on I-30 about 25 minutes east of Rockwall — one road, no turns, and we’re on the frontage before you ever reach Greenville proper. You bring the RV once, we sell it, and you get paid at closing. Storage on our fenced lot is free the whole time it’s listed.

One road. About 25 minutes.

From anywhere in Rockwall or Heath, it’s I-30 East past Royse City and Caddo Mills, and we’re on the frontage road on the near side of Greenville. That matters more than it sounds like it should: towing a 35-foot fifth wheel through city streets is nobody’s idea of a good Saturday. Here you never leave the interstate until you’re pulling onto our lot. Our Royse City and Fate sellers make the same run, just shorter.

That's I-30 alongside the lot, the same road you'd take from Rockwall.

Why Rockwall rigs end up on our lot

The HOA letter

Most of the newer subdivisions in Rockwall County have deed restrictions that keep an RV out of your driveway, and the enforcement letters are not bluffing. Consignment solves the violation and turns the camper into money in the same move. It parks here free while it sells — that whole deal is spelled out here.

The storage bill

An uncovered space around Rockwall runs real money every month, when you can even find an opening. If the honest truth is the camper mostly sits, you’re paying rent on a thing that’s losing value. Flip that: let it sit here, free, with a price tag on it.

The trade-in number

The I-30 corridor is thick with RV dealers, and a trade-in offer is a wholesale number — that’s just what it is. We sell your unit at retail instead. The fee comes out at closing and the difference goes home with you, not into a dealer’s margin.

How it goes, start to finish

Call first — Bobby will tell you on the phone whether your unit makes sense to consign and roughly what it should bring. Then tow it out some morning. You two walk it together, agree on a price and the fee in writing, and you drive home empty. After that the photos, the listing, the buyer calls, the showings and the title work are our problem. You come back exactly once: to pick up your check. The full process is on our consignment page.

Got the letter? Ten minutes on the phone fixes it.

Questions Rockwall sellers ask

Do I have to drive out just to find out what it’s worth?

No. Call with the year, make, model and an honest word about condition, and Bobby will give you a real range on the phone. Text a few photos and that range gets tight. Drive out when you’re ready to actually do it.

My HOA gave me a deadline. How fast can this happen?

Fast. Call today, and in most cases the RV can be on our lot and off your driveway within days. The violation is solved the day it leaves, and from there it’s listed and working on becoming money.

Is consignment really better than trading it in?

Different jobs. If you’re buying your next rig at a dealership, a trade-in is convenient — and the offer is a wholesale number, priced for their convenience too. If you just want out of the RV, consignment sells it at retail, our fee comes out at closing, and the difference lands with you. Ask Bobby to run both numbers with you on the phone; he will.

What does it cost to get started?

Nothing. No upfront fee, no storage bill while it’s listed. The consignment fee gets agreed in writing before we list, and it only ever comes out of the sale money.

Buying instead of selling?

This is what's parked 25 minutes from you right now. Every unit gets a full pre-delivery inspection before it goes home.
