Travel Trailer Free RV storage · Greenville, TX
Free RV storage. Here’s the catch.
BK Consignments stores your RV free on our fenced lot on I-30 in Greenville, Texas — while it’s listed for sale on consignment with us. That’s the catch: it’s free because it’s for sale. No monthly bill, no drop-off fee, no size limit.
If that sounds like your situation, or close enough to talk about, call Bobby at (214) 771-1225.

How free storage works here
We’re not a storage yard. We’re a consignment lot — we sell RVs for their owners. When you consign your RV with us, it has to sit somewhere while buyers come look at it, and that somewhere is our lot. Charging you rent on an RV we’re trying to sell for you never made sense to us, so we don’t.
So the deal is simple. You list your RV for sale with BK, it lives on our fenced lot at 2569 W Interstate 30, Greenville, TX 75402, buyers see it seven days a week from the interstate, and you pay nothing while any of that is happening. When it sells, our fee comes out of the sale money at closing and the rest is yours. If you’ve been paying a storage lot every month for a camper you’re done with, this is the door out of both problems at once.
What the lot is like
Fenced, secured, and right on the I-30 frontage west of Greenville — the same lot our whole inventory sits on. There’s no back row behind a building where consignments go to be forgotten. Your unit sits where every passing driver on I-30 can see it, because that’s the point. And there’s no length limit: 40-foot fifth wheels and big Class As are normal around here.
What storage costs everywhere else
Call around Rockwall or the east side of DFW and an uncovered RV space typically runs somewhere between $75 and $150 a month — when there’s an opening at all. A lot of places keep waitlists now. That’s $1,000 or more a year to let a camper sit and lose value. If the honest truth is that you’re mostly done using it, that money is going the wrong direction.
The HOA letter
This one comes up every week. The newer subdivisions from Rockwall out through Royse City and Fate almost all have deed restrictions that say an RV can’t live in your driveway, and Texas HOAs can and do enforce them. When the letter shows up, you’ve got two moves: start paying a storage lot every month, or admit the camper mostly sits anyway — and turn it into money instead. We can have it off your driveway and listed the same week. Here’s the whole consignment process, step by step.
Not sure you’re ready to sell?
Call anyway. Tell Bobby what you’ve got and what your situation is. Sometimes the answer is a consignment price high enough that you’d be glad to see it go — it sits here free, and if it hits your number, you get paid. Sometimes the answer is something else. Ten minutes on the phone beats guessing: (214) 771-1225

Free storage questions
Is it actually free?
Yes. While your RV is listed for sale on consignment with us, it sits on our lot and you pay nothing for that. No monthly rent, no move-in fee, no surprise bill at the end. The consignment fee only ever comes out of the sale, at closing.
Is there a size limit?
No. Big fifth wheels, toy haulers, Class A motorhomes — if it rolls, we have room for it.
How secure is the lot?
It’s a fenced, secured lot right on the I-30 frontage, and your unit sits with the rest of our inventory. We treat everything on that lot the same way, because to us it is all the same thing: RVs we’re responsible for.
What if I just need storage and I’m not sure about selling?
That’s a phone call. Situations vary and Bobby would rather hear yours than have a website guess at it. Tell him what you’ve got and what you need, and he’ll shoot you straight about what he can do.
Can I change my mind after it’s listed?
It’s your RV until the day it sells. If your plans change, call Bobby and talk it through — that conversation costs you nothing.
The company your RV would keep
These are consignments too — every one of them parked here free while it sells.
